Schliesing is a traditional mechanical engineering company with more than 40 years of experience in the construction of wood chippers.

The company was founded in the last century from a locksmith's shop in Duisburg Rumeln in 1928, initially selling agricultural machinery and machine parts and also repairing the former.
Hans Schliesing changed it into a mechanical engineering company called "Schliesing Land-Rasen-Baumaschinentechnik". In the 1980s, he and his small team built up a reputation for the manufacture and sale of wood chippers, which he was later able to expand. Today, Schliesing wood chippers are synonymous to premium products of the highest quality.

The company has been based in Kempen on the Lower Rhine since 2002 and supplies the green sector throughout Europe with durable, high-quality, high-performance and equally robust wood chippers that enable customers to work economically and successfully. The practical further development of all Schliesing products is above all due to the company's long-standing employees.
